Daily living

How we keep the home comfortable for everyone.

Maintenance and responsibilities

All residents keep their personal area and the common areas clean. That includes making your bed each day, discarding trash appropriately, cleaning dirty dishes, and washing dirty laundry.

Dress code

The dress code at Ignite is not strict. We ask that residents remain properly clothed at all times and do not walk around in only undergarments or extremely revealing clothing.

Vehicles

Motor vehicles are permitted at Ignite Living.

Pets

Residents may be allowed to have a pet on the property with approval from Ignite Management before becoming a resident. Pets are approved case by case, and vaccination documentation is required before any approval is issued.

Guests

Residents may have guests such as family members on the property. Friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, and acquaintances are not permitted as guests.

Safety and community standards

These standards protect every resident’s safety and recovery.

Drugs and alcohol

Ignite Living is a drug and alcohol-free facility.

Violating laws and causing disturbances

Residents and guests may not use Ignite property or adjacent areas in a way that violates the law. That prohibits the use, possession, and sale of illegal, synthetic, and prescription drugs. Residents and guests may not disturb, loiter on, or litter neighboring properties.

Fighting and stealing

Fighting and stealing are zero-tolerance issues.

Hooking up, coupling, and fraternization

Residents are strictly prohibited from hooking up, coupling, or fraternizing with other Ignite residents.
