How admissions works

Four steps, and you’re never alone in them.

1. Reach out

Call our 24/7 helpline or send an availability request. Tell us a little about your situation and what you're looking for.

2. Talk it through

An admissions specialist answers your questions and explains how daily life, expectations, and support work at Ignite.

3. Confirm fit and availability

We confirm that Ignite is the right fit and whether a bed is open. If it isn't the right fit, we'll say so.

4. Plan your arrival

We'll help you plan your move-in, including what to bring and what to leave at home.

Before you call

You don’t need to have everything figured out. It can help to have a few details ready, but we’ll work through the rest together.

Length of stay is determined by your clinical team and your insurance. We don’t guarantee admission, outcomes, or length of stay.
